This 17th century former coaching inn offers luxurious accommodation in an area of outstanding beauty. Nestling on the top of a steep hill, The Bear of Rodborough is situated in the verdant landscape of the western Cotswold’s. The hotel has many original features such as the authentic archway entrance.
46 en-suite bedrooms are exquisite, adorned with plush carpets and beautiful fabrics, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The superb bar, popular with the locals, is renowned for its large variety of traditional beers. Elegantly furnished, the one rosette Box Tree Restaurant is enhanced by ceiling beams with a ‘running bear’ theme.
Our Chef specialises in using only the freshest local produce and seasonal ingredients in his dishes. Woodchester Mansion and Misarden Gardens are a great attraction to visit through the summer to winter months.
