Detail:
AC/DC Tribute band Livewire come to The Corn Hall, Cirencester on Friday, February 3rd for an electrifying 8.45pm performance.
Livewire capture the pure essence, power, and electricity of an AC/DC show. They have proven to audiences time and time again that you can't stop high voltage rock 'n’ roll!
They perform the best of AC/DC from the early roots of the band’s Australian club circuit days, to the superstar worldwide status of their present hits. Cotswold District Council Events Officer Rik Husdan said: “Livewire are probably the closest you're going to get to the real thing. It’s just as if Angus Young and the boys are rocking before your very eyes!
“The rapport amongst the lads and their audience makes for a great night’s entertainment as they cover all the AC/DC classics old and new including Back In Black, Rosie, Highway To Hell and Thunderstruck. “They don't look like ‘dopplegangers’, but the band are serious about the music they play. It’s no wonder they are the busiest AC/DC tribute in the UK.”
Tickets cost £9 in advance (available from Cirencester Tourist Information Centre on 01285 654180 and Swindon Tourist Information Centre on 01793530328) and £11 on the door. Doors open at 8.15pm for an 8.45pm start
