This is a very welcoming good value restaurant with a family feeling, serving a well prepared variety of meals. It is popular for Sunday Lunch roasts, and the menu also caters for the more adventurous. I had Deep Fried Camembert with Cranberry Sauce with Tomato, Pepper and Onion Salad, followed by Duck Fillet in Orange Sauce with Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots and Buttered New Potatoes. A trio of multiflavoured Ice-creams and excellent Coffee to follow. The service is first class, and it is a good idea to book whenever you go, because you might otherwise wait for a table.
