Concert For Timbo

On Saturday 12th December at the Parish Church, Cirencester there will be a very special Memorial Concert for Tim Jennings, who tragically died during the summer.

This concert will be a celebration of music and song from many local groups and soloists from all ages, but with strong connections to the town of Cirencester. All proceeds from this event will go towards the Street Pastors project to help make Cirencester a safer environment and the continuing restoration of the Parish Church.

The evening will consist of welcome music provided by the Corinium Players Guitar Ensemble, followed by items from The Cirencester Performing Arts Group, Deer Park School, The Barking Mad Theatre Company, Cirencester Male Voice Choir and other local groups.

Canapes will be served during the interval and a bar will be available.

There will also be some solo performances from Jack Mizzi, Martina Richt, Kate Hicks-Beach, Peter and Michael Dukes. They will perform an eclectic range of music of Opera, Jazz, Musical Theatre and Folk.

The evening will finish with Community Carols for the whole congregation.

Tickets are £7 (adults) and £3 for children under 16.

Seating is unreserved so please arrive early to avoid disappointment – doors open at 6pm. Advance tickets are strongly recommended and are available from the Corner Stone bookshop in Dollar Street Tel: or the Tourist Information Centre Tel: 654180
