Get closer to Nature at the Corinium Museum!

The Corinium Museum in Cirencester is hosting an exhibition by the Bath Artist Printmakers entitled ‘Nature in Print.’ Inspired by the natural world and natural forms, the exhibition – which runs until 23 July - brings together an eclectic mix of styles and evokes a connection with the environment.

The relationship between artist and nature is a complex and vast subject, and encompasses many aspects of life. This exhibition shows different visual approaches to the natural world, from realism to abstraction, using diverse printing techniques. Bath Artist Printmakers have a broad base of printing styles, techniques and professional backgrounds. At their workshop in Larkhall, near Bath, they have access to etching, drypoint, monoprinting and lithography. Entry to the museum's temporary exhibition space is free and the museum is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm and on Sundays from 2pm to 5pm.

There are many limited and numbered editions available, and something for all tastes - so come along and experience ‘Nature in Print’ at the Corinium Museum.
