Ben completely wowed us when he played first at the Jazz Cave last year with his high octane violin acrobatics and his very fine vocals. His speciality is swing jazz from the 30s and 40s but played at mesmerising speed and contrasted with beautifully heart felt ballads to give his band and his audience time to catch their breath! So he’s back, but with a slightly varied repertoire adding in pieces from Django Reinhardt, Stephane Grappelli and the Beatles to name a few. Jazz violin played well is rare enough, but played with panache, style and perfect articulation at over 240 bpm has to be seen to be believed. So, grab your tickets early - this, we predict will be a sell-out…..
