Supermac Curry Quiz Set For 20 February in Cirencester

It is an event that raises well over £1,000 each curry night and chairman Jenny Jarvis is hoping the 2016 will be one of the biggest quiz night money spinners ever.

Cirencester Macmillan's renowned annual curry quiz night on February 20 (7-30pm) at the Bingham Hall, Cirencester. still has a few tickets left, the town's hard working team has announced.

It is an event that raises well over £1,000 each curry night and chairman Jenny Jarvis is hoping the 2016 will be one of the biggest quiz night money spinners ever.

Its success and the popularity of the annual quiz night enabled the fund raising committee to announce that the town´s support in 2015 added close to £50,000, the highest figure ever.

She also praised the chefs team at Ingleside House who regularly donate the curries to the cause...and announced that the great Cirencester Macmillan jam sales have been so popular that more glass jam jars and lids are urgently needed because the products have become so popular. On quiz night a new marmalade will be offered to the 300 or so likely attendees.Jam jars may be delivered to Alexcars in Love Lane, Cirencester.

Jenny also announced that the next natter and chatter coffee morning for cancer sufferers and their families will be held in the Toro Lounge in Cricklade Street, Cirencester on February 24th...and success is growing at the Cirencester Mates evenings on the second Tuesday of every month.
