The Dolphins Dramatic Society presents 'Abigail's Party,' a comedy written by Mike Leigh, Directed by Helen Ryder. The play is set in the 70s and is about British suburbanites Laurence and Beverly entertaining their new neighbours, and another neighbour Susan, whose teenage daughter, Abigail is having a party. Over drinks and snacks, clichés and fatuous small talk abound. Tension escalates as everyone gets progressively drunk and mayhem ensues. This play is hilarious and really is a must see.
